- Confidential Advertising: confidential recruitment advertising and/or search with responses going to our dedicated and discreet consultancy team;
- Candidate Assessment: we offer the full range of assessment tools from basic on-line personality questionnaires to full executive assessment centres.
As with all our services, we offer the flexibility for you to choose the best fit to your requirements.
If you don't relish the thought of having to sift through all the applications or want to be inundated with e-mails and calls in response to your recruitment advertising, our CV screening service will save your time and administration costs whilst presenting a professional image to your candidates. The service is customised to suit your requirements.
Includes handling all the enquiries from candidates, collecting and acknowledging all their applications and ensuring they are complete. The completed applications are forwarded on to you, and on your instructions, we will stand down all unsuccessful applications on your behalf.
Includes the bronze service, plus we will assess applications against agreed key criteria/competencies.
Includes on-line ability and/or psychometric tests for all those candidates who have been long-listed following the silver-level service.
In all cases, as per our CJA Charter, all candidates will have their application acknowledged within 24 hours; all candidates who do not meet the required criteria will be stood down on your behalf; and feedback will be offered.
