Tests range from data interpretation and verbal evaluation through to in-box simulations and tests for creativity and high level strategic skills.

ASSESSMENT CENTRES

With extensive experience of designing and managing assessment centres from _ day to 3 days, we offer a robust and highly effective method to select candidates where several appointments are being made to the same post.

1:1 EXECUTIVE ASSESSMENT

We prepare a detailed candidate profile report using a tailored mix of ability tests, personality and motivation questionnaires and work simulations. Suitable for senior appointments for preferred or short-listed candidates.

TRANSITION COACHING

The valuable information gathered about candidates during the assessment process is used to brief line managers and coach new job holders so that they make a smooth and successful transition into the organisation.

TRAINING IN-HOUSE INTERVIEWERS, ASSESSORS AND TEST ADMINISTRATORS

As well as administering the process on your behalf, we are also able to work with clients to develop in-house capability so that you can work alongside us during the assessment process or manage it yourself.
