Clients - We will conduct business in a proper and professional manner and in accordance with all applicable laws.
- We will always act with integrity in our dealings with you and your candidates.
- We will never actively induce or ‘poach’ a candidate who we have placed with you.
- Unless expressly agreed with you, no candidate will be submitted until his or her suitability for the vacant position has been assessed by interview.
- We will never recommend a candidate to you until that candidate has been given full and relevant information about the role and given us their permission to pass on their details to you.
- Our staff will never deliberately misrepresent themselves to you or candidates / potential candidates.
- Throughout a project, your account manager will maintain regular communication with you.
- Any advertisement will abide by the Advertising Standards Agency Regulations.
- We will only use scientifically validated psychometric tests, evaluated only by trained practitioners and ensure that relevant feedback is given.
- We have a fundamental belief that recruitment should be based upon merit: we will always encourage equal opportunity and discourage discriminatory practices.

- We will always acknowledge your application and endeavour to keep you informed during the recruitment process.
- We will always provide feedback if your application is unsuccessful.
- We will ask for your permission before taking out formal references.
